Thanks for reaching out to us! We do not carry an exact replacement match for the casement window lock you have. That said, we do have a few that may be worth considering as a replacement. Unfortunately, I cannot make any guarantees that they would work.

Yes, I do see that. Unfortunately, none of them are an exact replacement and the holes would likely be exposed. As mentioned, these are the closest replacement matches we have to your existing handle.
