Casement window screen tab (latch)

Vinyl window screen frame has 4 plastic tabs that keep the screen in place. The thin part with the cutout has snapped off on all four tabs. There is a single digit on the tab, they are 1,2,14, and 15. I am trying to find a replacement or a solution (other than duct tape) to secure the screen. Thank you!
