Thanks for posting! First, I would take a look at our 15-192 pivot shoe. Does that match your own hardware? If so, you may want to consider either our Series 170 or Series 171 coil springs. Which one of these do you have? What does the stamp on your spring read? I can't really tell based on your images.

The pivot bars are actually discontinued, but you could see if you can use the newer versions. See our 26-175 . Finally, for the tilt latches, check out our 26-288 & 26-289 and let me know what you think.
