Channel Block & Tackle Window Balance

Question

Looking for a block and tackle window balance to replace mine that have stamps: 2315 and 2915. The windows are 24 yrs old and difficult/noisy to open and close. Another issue is that the window balance gets stuck at the top of the frame, even when the window is down/closed. LMK if there's another part I need, for the sash itself, to catch the balance and prevent this from happening.

I'd also like to replace the weather seals as well.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need for the 24" and 30" replacement balances. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
