Thank you for the additional photos. We'd like for you to take a look at our S350-37 channel balance. This shows a great deal of similarities to your original one. See if this will work. Since your stamping does not match with any of our stampings, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart on the product page. That chart will tell you which stamp option to go with based on the weight of your sash. This is the only way to decide on the best option for your sash.
