Channel balance

A home owner from Loudon, Tennessee says:

I think I need two (2) Series 795 channel balances ? 34" long and "B" stamp option as my sash weighs approximately 21 lbs. However, I need clip on top rather than screw on. I have attached pictures that show what I presently have. I think it looks like the 1-1/4 T-lock, closed cam. Can you please confirm. Let me know the the price and how to order. Thanks.

Gary

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Gary. Yes, I agree: this looks like a 34" Series 795, stamped 34B, with a 15-195 Closed Cam Shoe attached. We can provide you this balance with the 15-198 hook on top via a custom order. I just sent you an email with a purchase link to order a pair. Let me know if you have any other questions prior to placing this order.
