Hello, thank you for posting! 


Based on the combination of nylon attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Please also confirm that the length of the channel from metal to metal is 24". Based on the stamp number given, your balance should be 25" in length. The weight option needed would be 2420.

Hello! 

Unfortunately I am not able to get an exact measurement based on the picture provided. Please measure as closely as you can to determine if the shoe is 1" or 1 3/32" in depth. 

If the length of your channel is 24", you will need to take the window sash out and weigh on a bathroom scale to determine the exact weight. Once you have the weight, you will need to review the stamp chart on the product page of S380-24 or S385-24 to determine which stamp option is needed.
