Can't tell what to order by stamp on channel. It says 27 3.
Window weighs 18 lbs.

It looks like you need either our S351-28 or S390-28. This is determined by the nylon fittings. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2730.
