I am looking for some help/guidance as to the proper part.
On the 24" one at my home I see the # 23A marked in the product. When I go to this product (24" Series 810 Channel Balance Product Code: S810-24) it appears almost correct except it appears that the plastic shoe pieces are not right.
If I go to the Series 380 product all appears to match up except the option # is not what is imprinted on the piece in my hand. The choices in the system are 2410/2420/2430/2440/2450 - I have no idea which one I should potentially opt for.
I am trying to avoid having to create any exchanges.
