Channel balance and top sash replacements

Question

I need channel balance and top sash replacements for my non tilt window. The existing balance metal only length is 28" long and 9/16 (1/2") wide. It is marked 2730. My window sash is 15 lb.
The top sash guide appears to be a 5/8" product code 18-008 or 18-008H

Hello there. For the channel balance see our 351-28 or 390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below as a reference. In either case, choose 2730 as your stamp option.

I agree, the 18-008 seems to be your best bet for the Top Sash Guide. Just double-check your dimensions in comparison to the diagrams below, and let me know if anything seems off.
