Coil Balance

Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance should can be replaced with the 1/2" thick 15-111 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. I am confident this is the correct replacement but to ensure that this is the right fit for your window, be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 160 Coil Balance used along with the 15-150D 1/2" Coil Double Support. To determine exact which spring is needed for your window, you'll need to check the coils for any stamps/markings.

If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window. Once you have the weight, you'll need to divide it by the total number of coils in the window. This will give you the spring strength needed for each coil.
