Thank you for reaching out to us. For a stamp of 12, you would want the S210-12. A pair of these assemblies will carry 21 to 24.99 lbs. However, I want to stress that these parts are in no way universal. If the Series 210 isn't identical to your original, it very well may not work.

Thanks for the photo! Based on what you show here, I'm confident the S210-12 is what you want as long as the specifications match up.
