Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but can you show me a clear photo of the pivot shoe these coil springs connect to? The identity of the pivot shoe tells us the coil balance you need. We'll do our best to help from there.

Attached is the photo of the pivot pin and Ballast Shoe. The ballast shoe is 1-1/4" Wide and 27/32 deep. The pin is 2-13/16"L and the holes are 2-7/16 & 1-7/16" from the end

Thanks! These photos are a huge help. Looks like you have a shoe similar to our 15-177 except yours is much, much thicker. That's not something we currently sell. Please give us a little time to look into this and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Hey there, maybe I can help.

Unfortunately, your exact shoe is discontinued and no longer made. As a potential substitute, you can use our 15-192 Certainteed brand pivot shoe. However this will require you converting a lot of other components in your window to be compatible.

That would mean a new 26-415 pivot bar, as well as the S170-405 and S171-405 coil springs. The springs would be piggyback, where the S170 is on the bottom and S171 with the longer tongue on top. Both screw directly to the pivot shoe. The housings would be the 15-185 with the 15-157 drum.

Look these parts over and see what you think. All components are sold separately.
