Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the sticker provided. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original cover, coils and pivot shoe that the coils attach to. From there we can confirm which series your window uses for possible replacements. Thank you!

Here are more pics. I also have broken latches.

Unfortunately I cannot get a clear view of the pivot shoe while the sash is still in place, but I believe you either have the 1/2" thick series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Seeing the pivot shoe will help confirm this along with the thickness of the original coil.

If you have the Series 160, take a look at the 15-150T cover and the 15-205 for the Series 165 coil springs.

For the tilt latches, please start by reviewing the 26-243 and 26-244 to see how they compare to your original.

Compare all dimensions and let me know what you think!

Great thank you,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199 style. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! This shoe is compatible with the coils mentioned above. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

If you end up needing new coil spring as well. Once the thickness is confirmed, there should be a number stamped on the metal of each spring that will indicate the weighted option needed. If no markings are present, please provide the series you have and the weight of the window sash to move forward.
