Your balance assembly reminds me of our S140 but I would recommend removing an undamaged coil balance to confirm that the specifications match up to ours.
As for the pivot bar, we don't carry an exact replacement for yours but take a look at the options we've related that are commonly used with the S140 and see how the position of the installation holes compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
