Question

Hi Swisco, please see attached pics of the Loewen balance - the item is for a tilt-out window and is stamped with 25D ... 25 in length and 1/2 in width.
It installs recessed into the channel with two cam pivots on the sash that mount into the clamp on the end of the string.

I believe that we can supply replacement balances for you but we'd like to see a close-up image of the other side of the metal channel to determine what balance you could use. Thank you!
