Your casement operator cover reminds me of the 39-323 Truth Hardware Contour Cover. You can also consider the 39-107 Truth Hardware Cover, which is available in a few more color options than the contour cover is.

To replace the crank handle, you can use either the 39-114L Crank Handle or the 39-205 Folding Crank Handle.

The closest replacement matches we have for your casement lock are our 38-208 Truth Encore Handle and Escutcheon and 38-209 Truth Mirage Handle and Escutcheon. Given the way your lock mounts to the frame, I am not confident that either of them would work but take a look over each of them to see if they could possibly work for you.
