Dead Bolt Not Matching Up

Question

As you can see in the photos the Dead Bolt is different from the new one. Item 40-193 has the same issue. Any suggestions or do you have a matching unit that i did not see on your site?

Thanks for reaching out! The mortise lock from the 40-193 is the same exact mortise lock. The reason it will not work is because your door is likely not made for a tear-dropped shaped key lock opening like our 40-193 and 40-194 have.

I am not confident that this will work as a replacement but I recommend taking a look at our 40-198. It is slightly different from your original, so you will need to carefully compare the measurements but it may be worth taking a look.
