Do you sell Phillips sliding door rollers?

Thanks for reaching out to us. According to my records, the Philips door brand has used a multitude of different rollers on their various patio doors. At this stage I don't know what you have. The only way we can proceed is for you to remove the original roller and show us a few pictures of it, clearly and without obstruction. Written dimensions would also be appreciated.
I know that's likely more work than you wanted to put into this project without a replacement on hand, but in my experience it's almost always necessary. When it comes to replacing patio door rollers, you should expect to have to remove the door twice: once to identify the rollers, and a second time to replace them. Otherwise there's no reliable way to know what you're buying. You should prepare yourself for a significant investment of time and energy.
Once you have photos of the old roller, you can submit them here for me to review. Please make sure that the roller assembly is removed in its entirety, with no components still installed in the door. As mentioned before, written dimensions will also be necessary. Photos of a tape measure will not be sufficient in this case.
Once I have that data, I will be able to check our inventory to see if we sell an adequate replacement.

Thanks! This is a huge help. The closest match I was able to find in our inventory was the 81-006. This is traditionally used by Keller, but that's no reason why it wouldn't be compatible here. It will come down to size. Your next step should be to compare our dimensions to your own to determine if they align.
