Does the Andersen Tribeca latch turn left and right?

Your part 82-043 appears to be a match for my failing sliding door latch. But your picture shows the latch swinging up to the right, whereas mine needs to swing to the left. Will your part work? Thanks!

Great question! Yes, the 82-043 Andersen Tribeca Latch, can work for either a left or right hand facing door interchangeably.

Great. Thanks for the feedback. Also, is the latch made by Andersen? It appears so because "Andersen" appears on the latch in your picture. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks again.

Yep, that's right. The 82-043 latch is a genuine Andersen product.
