Door Bottom Seal identification

Question

Hello - I have a patio door where the bottom seal is shot and needs to be replaced. I cannot find a specific door maker on the door anywhere so I am not sure who made it. Anyway, the door is about 1 3/4" wide (including the cladding on the outside of the door). The kerf is located about 7/8" in from the inside of the door and is about 1/2 deep. Any thoughts on what I can use to replace this seal with?

Thanks for posting. We don't carry a bottom sweep with a single centered leg like yours. I would suggest something like our 58-176, which wraps around the entire bottom. Could that work?
