This is a part top hinge to my front door. Do you carry this type of hinge? Right and left?

It's tough to say. I can tell you right now that we won't have this exact hinge, but we have possible replacement options. Going by the three-hole pattern on the top piece you show, see our 79-125 (left) and 79-126 (right), or maybe our 79-127 (left) and 79-128 (right). One of these pairs may work for you, but I recommend comparing the rest of the hinge to what we show to be sure.
