Double hung vinyl window part

Thanks for reaching out to us. I don't recognize this part at first glance. I'm thinking it could be a pivot bar but I'm not entirely sure. Can you show us a photo of an undamaged version of this part removed from the window? 

These new photos appear to be the pivot shoe. Our 15-167 comes to mind as does the 26-310 pivot bar pair now that I see the shoe. I recommend you remove undamaged versions of your hardware to ensure the specifications match what you need.
