Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 12-7/8" long. You may want to double check as custom orders are nonrefundable. 

We just need a few more details so that we can get this moving for you. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? Would it also be possible for us to see a full shot of the metal clip attached at the end of the cord in undamaged condition? 

I'm afraid we won't be able to move forward without the stamp or the sash weight. There's no other way for us to know how to recalibrate the spring strength for the replacements. If there's an identical window in the house, you can try and see if that balance has an intact stamp. 

Can you confirm that your old clip is the 62-108?
