Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Could you remove an undamaged assembly from the window and show us some photos? We'd specifically like to see photos of the top and bottom fittings as well as the metal clip that is attached at the end of the pulley cord. 

Thank you kindly! This doesn't appear to be an extended travel-type balance. I would recommend our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll have to measure as shown below. 

Based on your 2040 stamp, the metal channel should measure 21" so you may want to double-check to be safe!
