False front door clip broke need replacement

Our 32-134 assembly is similar, though I'm not sure if it will work. Carefully look it over and tell me what you think.

I need something similar to this. The male part is still installed on both sides of the opening and is 3/8" in diameter. Will the receiver part of this set work in this application?

I'm not sure if it will. The locking pin for the 32-134 is a 7/16" hexagon shape. Would you be able to get that to work?
