I would like to know what the weight rating is for 39-379.
What does it come with for the crank pocket
I would need the part number for the first picture also.
What is the warranty?
Lastly are internal parts metal?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 39-379 skylight operator is designed to support a sash weighing 140 pounds maximum. However, it doesn't have the "pocket" you're referring to in your first photo. It's designed to use a handle like the 39-102, 39-114L, or 39-115 which are sold separately.

We don't offer warranties, unfortunately. However, the internal linkage is metal. I hope this helps.
