Thanks for posting. We've replaced this lockset in the past with our 40-049. Take a look, compare with your old hardware, and let me know if you think this could work for you.

Hey there, maybe I can offer insight. We unfortunately don't have a product that matches your measurements precisely. Our 40-049 is still our best option, though it's obviously not identical and if it will work on your door, it will take some retrofitting to install. I would compare the "backset" on both locks. The 40-049 has a backset of 7/8". That is from the edge of the lock to the middle of the key hole. If your lock is from a Forever door, your backset could be closer to 1". You can always redrill screw holes, but that backset will be a deal breaker.
