It appears that you are in need of a new coil balance cover. To further review, are you able to confirm if the coil springs are 1/2" or 3/8" thick under the cover? Please also provide a picture of the pivot shoe that the coils attach to. This will confirm the series of coils to determine a compatible cover. Thank you!

Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199 style, but the original would need to be removed to confirm a good fit!
It is harder to get accurate dimensions from pictures, but it appears you have a 3/8" thick coil which would be the Series 165 style. I have related the compatible covers on the page depending on the amount of coils on each side.
For new coils, there should be a number imprinted on the metal of each coil that will confirm the weighted option needed. If there are no numbers present, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. The sash would need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale.
