Gorell casement window lock/lever

Sure hope you can help me find a replacement for this Gorell casement window lock/lever. The lever portion snapped inside where its shaft connects with the locking mechanism. It is the right-hand side lever for a dual window configuration. The screw holes measure 3.75 inches center to center. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
