Hi, Marty.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see your rollers removed from the door to compare to our inventory.

Thank you!

This was a special order door. It has a built in dog door. Is there any way you can tell what kind of rollers were installed by the door pictures I sent you

Otherwise I'll have to wait until I get someone over to remove it.

It was purchased by

Louie or Cindy

Thank you,

Cindy

I'm afraid seeing the rollers removed is the only way for us to identify what you have, unfortunately. We'll be here to help whenever you can get that for us.

I'm afraid we won't get it all put back together and reinstalled while we're waiting for new parts. But I'll see what I can do.

Here are the rollers. Yay, a friend got the door out.

Thank you,

Thank you, Cindy! This is a huge help. Start by comparing your dimensions to our 81-018 and 81-182  to see if one of these matches what you need. We also have a stainless steel version, our 81-149. I'm afraid we don't have those top clips, though. You would have to re-use your old ones.

What top clips? We already put the door back.

I think I need the 81-149. Mine are stainless steel. I think I'll order that one. What's next?

I'm referring to those little brackets or clips that are on top of your rollers. All orders can be placed directly on our website at your convenience as well.
