This appears to be the sticker from the door. As mentioned, to be able to properly identify the replacement hardware you need, I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware.

Unfortunately the sticker, nor the information you've provided above are sufficient for identifying what you need to make your repairs.

Thanks for the photos. If you are looking to replace the entire lock, I will need to see it removed from the sash. We have a few different internal latches, however, I wouldn't be able to determine if any of them are the correct replacement based on the sash release lever/actuator and the photo of the latch installed.

Take a look at the video below for an idea on how to remove these latches from the window. I cannot guarantee that we have an exact replacement match for them, but I am happy to take a look at them.

Thanks for the photos!  I'm sorry to say we do not carry a direct replacement for your existing internal latches, unfortunately. The closest match is the 26-132P but I am not confident they would work as a suitable replacement for your existing latches. 

That said, we do have a replacement solution latch could work better in the long run, for any future repairs. It would include converting the sash to one that uses surface mounted latches.

Take a look at the video tutorial below for an idea on how to complete this repair. We suggest using the 26-228 and 26-229 or one of the other styles of screw-in surface mount latches. Our entire selection of surface mounted latches can be viewed, here.
