To further review, are you able to provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? From there we can narrow down our selection to determine if we can offer a suitable replacement option. Thank you!

It's 3 inches which is fairly standard but what's also unique about mine is that the holes are flat and don't have stand-off's where the screw goes. The holes are flush to the adjoining surface. Also, the parts are exclusive to one another. You can install one side and not the other. They don't both need to be installed to work.
