Question

I need help in identifying what I need to order to fix my plain sash spring pieces. The width on the t is 1.25"
I have 4 27D and 6 27c.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balances can likely be replaced with our S795-27 Channel Balance. Although, since yours has a hook installed to the top, you'll need to examine the installation hole that it fits in to determine if the replacement balances require the hooks to be installed.

If the installation hole at the top of the window is square in shape, you'll be able to use the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug to install the new balances. Take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.

If the hole is not square in shape, please let me know as the replacement balances will need to be a custom assembly.
