Help Identifying Proper Part

Hi there,
I've enclosed photos of the ends, as I would imagine they are critical. The unit is stamped with "27 C" and I measure the length at 28 inches (metal only- not including plastic ends), and the width appears to be closest to 5/8 inch. Could you guide me to a compatible type of balance? Thank you for your help.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2730 spring strength option for your replacement balances to support a sash between 13-19 lbs. Thank you!
