Help identifying parts

Question

Hello.

I am trying to order parts for a window. I am looking for channel balances and have included some pictures of the side that still works. Can you tell me what part I need to order?

Here is what I can see
Window brand is Western Products
The metal portion is 22"
There is a stamp on the side that says: 21 B. BSI
The white plastic piece on the better one seems to be broken too

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your balances look like they could be either the S380-22 with a 1" shoe or the S385-22 with a 1-3/32" shoe. For your 21B stamp, I suggest using the 2120 stamp option which can support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll also want to double check that your balance channel has a 9/16" width (which is considered 1/2" in the trade).
