Hinge locks, no brand name on window

Not sure if these were installed correctly in the first place but I busted one of the locks when I was trying to put the window back in. Is there a model like this? They're about 1.5" wide, about 2" tall.

Hello there. That exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but you should be able to replace it with the 15-177 shoe. This shoe, like your old one, works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions about any of this hardware.
