How to get a S795-34D balance with a 1" wide T-Lock Shoe?

A home owner from Denver, CO says:

The S795-34D balance is very similar to what I have at home except the T-lock shoe size. Mine is about 1" wide but the S795 has the T-lock 1-1/4" wide.

So how to get a S795-34D balance with 1" T-lock shoe (15-194)?

Hey, Richard. You have two options. We could custom make a Series 795 balance with the 15-194 shoe for you, or you can simple purchase the S795-34 and 15-194 separately and swap the shoes out yourself. It's actually pretty easy to do so, as they just pop on and off. Let me know how you wish to proceed.

I'd like to order S795-34C Channel Balance, but it is out of stock. Can I order option -34D (for window wt 27-32 lb) instead?

I'm afraid not. If the spring is too strong, then you will have difficulty closing the sash. In some cases the window will even open on its own.

We always recommend sticking with the original stamp just to be safe.
