How to remove door with 23-225

Question

I had the same problem as this customer. I can't tilt the roller without also tilting the door, and I can't tilt the door because the top is inside the top track.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the 23-225 bottom mount roller. Let's see what we can do. With the top of the door inside the track, bring over the bottom of the door and drop the roller into the track. With a putty knife, push in the locking pins into lock the wheel to the track. This should do the trick for you. Get back to us and let us know how you make out with this.
