I have stanley glass sliding doors with a 23225 convex roller assembly. I need to remove doors to do work inside of closet. I tried adjusting the screws on both roller assemblies on the outside door first and then lifting the door out of the track on a tilt and it does not disengage from the track.

Thank you for posting. There really isn't any trick to removing this roller. You should be able to just tilt it out. Where exactly are you running into problems?

You may also want to see our tutorial video on this roller and track. It may provide some insight into how they operate.
