I'm looking to replace the sash tension assembly on the left side of a hung window. I could not identify the manufacturer, but believe the "pros from
Dover" i.e. SWISCO staff, can help to identify the replacement part :-)

Hello, John! These parts are called coil balances. It's tough to make out what you have from these photos, but if I'm seeing what I think I'm seeing then I may have a parts list for you. Start by looking at our 15-180 pivot shoe, Series 190 spring, 15-181 double spring clip, and 15-182 bushing. Let me know if these are a match or not. If they're no good then I'll do my best to find a better fit.
