I am looking for this part. This part on my window will not stay in and I have to open and tilt the window to open. Please advise if these can be purchased and installed.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your vent latch reminds me of the 26-362 Sash Vent Latch. To confirm that this is the correct replacement for your window, you'll need to remove the latch and carefully compare the dimensions. 

The latch should just pop right out of the frame with just a bit of gentle force.
