I need 2 sets of constant force balance for MI Industries Series 350 / HR20 - 48" X 36" single hung dual pane window.

Hello I have 2 windows that need new balances. I contacted the OE Factory and they said the windows are obsolete and they do not stock parts. The windows were manf in 2/97. They are tilt out style and the window weights about 25 pounds (estimated).

One window the spring steel tape had broken and the other jams up tight when opened and will not stay at the higher levels. Both have a right and left balance mechanism.

Do you have compatible parts for the windows?

I don't have any access to information about what parts MI used on your window, but if you show photos of your coil balance setup, we can research a replacement. We usually would stock something like this.

I looked at the catalog and ordered 4- 1405 17LB and the pivot bars.
Hopefully the replacements are more sturdy than the original equipment.
