I need a key or a new lock

I have a DNS Industries 13/23 outside pull. The lock has the # 018 on it. The other side of the assembly has 16 inside pull. Is it possible to get a key or a lock with a keeper? Thank you for any assistance you can provide me.

It is possible to get a new handle, but unfortunately, we can't identify yours based on the information provided. Can you send a photo of your handle so that we can take a look?
