Hi there!
Trying to get an identifier on the shoe for a BSI Inverted Block and Tackle Balance.
The labeling on the channel is 34C BSI, the channel length is 34". Got the top clip identified as 34, but I am struggling with the bottom shoe. Uploaded some pictures, hopefully you will be able to help!

Hello! We can definitely help with this balance. It looks like our Series 795 at first glance (which comes with a 1-1/4" wide T lock shoe), but the difference is that yours has a hook at the end of the cord whereas ours has a screw tab. We can make a hook version of this balance for you, but it will have to be a custom order since that's not a stock configuration.
