Identify Channel Balance

A home owner from Thousand Oaks California says:

Hello Customer Service,

My channel balances are for non tilting window 1/2" and the length is 24". They look like S380 and S385 . On the other hand, I couldn't see the difference between S380 and S385 . Please help me identify the right channel balance.

Hey Burak. I agree, this looks like either an S380-24 or S385-24 . The only difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the picture below for reference. Compare both with your old balance to determine what matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2340.
