I'm looking for a replacement kit of an old window balance channel. Could you please assist me with options available at your store by photos below? With JR 2875 is stamped on the balance.

Hello,

It looks like your balance has the 19-041 top fitting, which indicates that this will have to be a custom order since we don't have a stock balance that uses this fitting. Before we proceed, I'll need you to confirm the depth of your bottom fitting. It should be either our 15-004 or 15-005 but you'll need to measure as shown below to confirm which is the best match since we can't get accurate dimensions from photos. 

I would also recommend measuring the length of your metal channel, not including the end fittings, as well as weighing your sash to confirm the spring strength needed to support the window. Thank you!
