Identify the clips on each side of the window frame and purchase some

Hello, I've sent several pictures in order to see if you might know what brand of Windows I have and to identify the two forked brackets that are screwed into the window frame on each side of the sash. What are they called, and what do they do? I really appreciate any information you can give me. I Live in a Condo in Saint Petersburg, Florida. My building was built in 1967 and these windows are the original to the building. The pile weatherstripping has disintegrated into dust. I'm trying to give my windows a rebuild. I've already ordered a bunch of parts but didn't know about those forked brackets in the last two pictures?

I stated that forked brackets are in the last two photos, but after submitting my request, the pictures change their order and the forked brackets are in the first two photos. One that I took out and on that is still screwed into the side of the window frame rail.

Thank you for your quick response. Only one of the four single hung windows in my condo had those forked brackets and the plastic shoes on the bottom of the spiral balances, but they had disintegrated. They were a grey plastic. The other three windows did not have those forked brackets and used #32 spiral balance clips. I wonder which ones the window originally had in 1967? I would imagine that the plastic foot ones came in after 1967. A previous owner must have called a company to repair the window at one time and they put those forked brackets and different balances with plastic feet in. 

Another thing, the sash measures 18inches but the balances with the plastic feet are only 17 inches. The other side has 18-inch balances. So, I think the ones with the plastic feet are aftermarket and I don't need forked brackets.
