I recognize your pivot shoe, but I'm afraid I can't use that to ID your pivot bar without more context. At this stage it will be very difficult to know what pivot bar will work for your window without the original as a refernece.
Do you have another window in the house that's the same make and model? Even if it's not the same size, if it's the same type then it should use the same hardware. We can use the pivot bar off that as a reference.
