Thanks for reaching out! The sweep lock you have here looks like it can be replaced with either our 90-278 Acorn Lock and Keeper or our 90-278 Lock & Keeper. Take a look over the dimensions from each of them to confirm which might be the best fit.
I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with an exact replacement for the cam pivots installed to the bottom of your sash, but our 26-150 Cam Pivot Pair should work in their place. It appears you have knife lock shoe attached to the bottom of your balance assembly; although, it is a bit difficult to tell the exact shoe you have since it is still installed in the window.
That said, I will need to see the balance assembly removed from the window to identify the correct replacement. In addition to the shoe, I'll also need to see a photo of the top of the balance as well as the stamp from the metal channel. If your balance does not have a stamp, I will need to know the exact weight of the sash.
